I was at this hotel for 2 nights it was the best two nights ever the hotel so clean, receptionists are kind,room service is very good even when you enter to the room you smell it like floral scent 😍 We took a room with sea view. We have a small comment concerning there is no lobby when you enter the hotel it’s like mini reception area with small grocery i like the idea but the hotel deserves more than this to reach 5 stars. The colors door rooms from outside seems like jail it need more changes, but all in all very high recommended and really it’s chilling 🥹😍 Loved it✌🏼

Clean and well maintained. The room was big and clean and the view was nice, even if the space between the hotel and the tower seems to be under construction. The staff is friendly and helpful We rent a scooter directly from the hotel, which is a big plus. There are also shops and cafeterias near by. We totally recommend it

"I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by staff members Hana and Mina. Their attentiveness and friendliness truly made my experience memorable. The room was impeccably clean and had a welcoming ambiance. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness did not go unnoticed. Additionally, the view from the room was absolutely perfect, adding an extra touch of magic to my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Kudos to Hana and Mina for going above and beyond to make my visit special. I look forward to returning in the future."

The room was pretty clean, but room service is at a certain timing. Couldn’t request for clean towels outside of that time frame. I paid extra for the sea side view, however construction was going on and I was given level 2. So not really worth the value. I close the curtains for the 2 nights here. Location near to Wednesday night market, and some eatery, and laundry shop, about 8 minutes walk. Not much to shop here, but walking distance from Maha tower.

Nicely located in the center of Kuah (the capital of Langkawi), this modern hotel offers everything you need for a city stay. There isn’t much to do in Kuah itself, but everything that you can do is located nearby. Rooms are modern, large and clean. Most include a small fridge as well as a water boiler! The bathroom was very clean as well. In the reception area you can get free drinking water and coffee/tea.

The overall condition of both the lobby and rooms appeared worn down, with the exception of a positive note – a free drinks machine in the lobby. There is no dedicated car park, and guests rely on public parking, subject to local council fees, with the risk of fines if payment is overlooked. Contrary to the room's listed amenities, there were no coffee/tea facilities or a kettle. Additionally, basic essentials such as shampoo were not provided. There were stains across the bed sheets every time they were changed, some were big ink stains and others I wouldn’t like to guess, but raised hygiene concerns. The sea view room has no sea view. If you look closely at the hotels published photos the room “view” out of the window has clearly been edited in. Lastly, the noise generated when turning on the bathroom lights was unbearably loud, resembling the sound of a space rocket launch. This was in both rooms we booked so not just a room issue. I wouldn’t stay here again as the hotel falls short in delivering the promised amenities and maintaining an overall satisfactory standard.

Have wonderful stay at Chill Suites Langkawi for 2 nights on 8 & 9 dec 2023. Big room, comfort bed and very good staff. Keep up good effort! Definitely will come and stay again.

Big rooms, enough space to store crazy amounts of duty free shopping. City view is ok, facing main road, not noisy. Fire station around the corner with daily routine activities. Plenty of businesses around for everyday needs.
